T.O.S / Rules
It is your own responsibility to read and comply with these rules. I will assume that all rules were read before the sale, and breaking the rules (regardless of if you knew of it or not), will be taken as purposeful. Warnings, bans, and related consequences will be issued at my discretion.

1. Your artwork will not be started until I have your agreement of payment
2. If you need to cancel, please note me. I will only issue a full refund if I haven't started.
3. If I have started your commission when you request the refund, I will only do a quarter or partial refund (this will depend on how much has been completed). You will receive however much of the commission has been completed.
4. My usual turnaround is as follows: 2-3 days for pixel dolls, 3-5 days for most other art.
5. I am busy at university so please be understanding of my schedule. There may be a couple days/weeks delay if I have important exams or assignments to do. I will inform you if your commission might take longer than usual
6. By commissioning, you acknowledge that I hold the right to decline, cancel, or refund you for any reason. If you have already paid, a refund will be made (partial or full).
7. If I feel as though you have acted rudely, over the line, harassingly, or am otherwise uncomfortable with you/your behaviour then I reserve the right to decline and/or refund commissions
7B. Adopts Clause: If I feel as though you have acted rudely, over the line, harassingly, or am otherwise uncomfortable with you/your behaviour, I reserve the right to rescind ownership of any adopt. If the adopt was bought as a custom, gacha result, or premade, a full refund will be issued. If the adopt was a free adopt, giveaway, or raffle, you will not receive any compensation. If the adopt was received in a trade, monetary compensation will be offered to the value of the design alone
8. If you do not pay upon completion of custom work, your custom will be sold as an adoptable.
9. If you do not pay upon completion of commissioned work, you will be given an opportunity to pay or offer an equitable trade. If this does not occur, you will be banned and blacklisted. An artist beware will also be filed.
10. You agree to credit me with every use of art made for you. This includes off-site and onsite.

11B. You may post art done by me to websites where you have character profiles or other similar forms. These include tumblr, toyhou.se, charahub, photobucket etc.
12. Please note me if you intend to transfer commissioned art or customs to another person. That person must agree with my TOS before the trade/gift/transfer/sale is completed
14. You may sell your custom for the price that you paid ONLY. Exceptions apply if you have extra artwork (please note me).
15. You may NOT, under any circumstances, allow those on the blacklist to own any work created or adopted from this account
15B. FAILURE TO COMPLY CLAUSE: Ignoring this or failure to do so may result in you being blacklisted and your ownership of the goods rescinded as per Rule 7B. This rule will be enforced at my discretion.
16. The blacklist, whether you are blocked or not, is non-negotiable and extends across all groups under my leadership.
17. You may not trade or sell adopts you get for free from me. Gifting is ok. I may allow you to trade free-adopts but you must note me for permission. I reserve the right to decline any requests.
18. Please ensure you use "her" or "they" pronouns when addressing me.
19. Please ensure you include your DA USERNAME if paying via paypal.

23. When you ask to purchase a mystery adopt with the option of having it as a custom, please have what you want in mind. I will not hold these adopts indefinitely while you try and figure out what you want. I will give you 2 weeks to either reply with the custom form completed or to let me know you wish to have a mystery/randomised design. After 1 month, I will be putting the adopt back up for sale if I don't receive payment and/or the custom form.
24. YOU MAY NOT MAKE GEMS THAT BEAR THE NAMES OR THE SPECIFIC COMBINATION OF TRAITS/LORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
